THE FIRST WHEELS WITH A PATENTED STAINLESS STEEL LIP REPLACEABLE DIRECTLY BY YOUR TYRE DEALER
PATENT LIP, strong point of the O·Z collection PRESTIGE family, is finally available for other models, after the success with CLASSE PATENT LIP, the first wheel in the world with the revolutionary replaceable stainless steel trim. PATENT LIP protects the wheels exactly where they all have their weak point with a ring, covered by the O·Z world patent, made of 316 10/10 stainless steel, which is easily replaceable thanks to an innovative securing system that can be carried out directly by your O·Z authorised dealer. The only wheels in the world that you can renew each time you want. This is how PATENT LIP transforms the wheel’s weak point into a strong point, by taking into consideration your practical sense without forgetting your sense of good looks. Because no other wheel in the world can fascinate you like a PATENT LIP wheel with its refined combination of aluminium and steel. The PATENT LIP series wheels are available in the rear version with increased channel width and deeper stainless steel rim.
The PATENT LIP ring can be easily replaced in 5 minutes directly by your O·Z authorised dealer.
This is how: After having removed the tyre (1), with the appropriate key that you find in the O·Z PATENT LIP spares kit (2), unscrew the fixing screws arranged around the trim circumference (3). The ring to be replaced can be simply removed by hand, without the use of metal implements, so as not to damage the wheel (4). At this point the new PATENT LIP trim (5) can be fitted in. Place the spare stainless steel ring on the wheel trim, making sure that the pins fixed to the internal part of the ring fit into the holes on the wheel trim (6). Secure the ring using the screws supplied in the O·Z PATENT LIP spares kit without forcing (7) and using the appropriate key. The old screws must absolutely not be used. After having fitted the ring (8), clean with a non-abrasive cloth to remove any impurities and to make it shine in all its splendour.
Proceed with applying the rubber tyre.
NB: The securing screw holes cannot cause air losses as they are outside the tyre seal area. |
